    Leopardwood Lumber for Sale

Leopardwood is also called Lacewood due to the similarity of appearance.  Leopardwood grows in South America and is prized for it's spotted appearance.  Spots can vary from very small, tight honeycomb appearance to stretched spots that bear a bit of resemblance to Quartersawn White Oak.  Leopardwood is fairly dense, but mills well.  It's unique look makes it great for accent pieces and custom furniture.  Leopardwood is typically available in 4/4 and 8/4 lumber and, upon request, sorting, ripping and surfacing are all things Wood Vendors can do for you!
